John and I are looking forward to hosting our first holiday gathering in our new home this year. I found myself searching the internet to find festive beverages, and I quickly became overwhelmed with all of the options. You can really go down the rabbit hole and end up buying half of the liquor store and produce section by the time you get everything you need for all of the specialty cocktails out there. Here are four holiday party drinks to make this year that include Kahlúa Original, Malibu® Original, Jameson® Whiskey, Absolut® Original, and Altos® Tequila. They are sure to please all of the guests on your list! Y'all know I wouldn't share recipes without a great deal.

White Russian AKA I'm Dreaming of a White Russian
It's a classic and always delicious. Mix one part Kahlúa Original, one part Absolut® Original, and one part heavy cream, milk, or almond milk. Serve over ice. According to the Kahlúa website, in order to achieve those beautiful layers, just pour the cream off the back of a spoon. Another tip: serve with a straw and stir it up. (That's what I do)
Cranberry Margarita AKA Mistletoe Margarita
There are some people who are just die-hard margarita fans, and this drink puts a festive spin on the old favorite! Start by running a lime around the rim of the glass (I used a wide mouthed jar) and dip it in pink salt. Then, fill the glass up with ice. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 4 oz cranberry juice, 1.5 oz Altos® Tequila, 1 oz orange flavored liquor, and the juice of half a lime. Shake to combine. Pour over the ice and garnish with cranberries skewered by a rosemary sprig.
Irish Coffee AKA Holly Jolly Coffee
There is no better drink to warm you up on a cold winter night than an Irish coffee, and your guests will love the hot beverage option. The Jameson® Whiskey website has a very in-depth recipe that you can find here. Since it is a bit involved, I have simplified mine a little bit so that it is easy to make for a crowd. 1 part simple syrup, 1 part Jameson® Whiskey, 3 parts espresso, whipped topping, and 2-3 coffee beans as garnish. Mix everything and top with the whipped cream. (I used coconut milk whipped topping as a dairy-free / vegan alternative)
Malibu Bay Breeze AKA Tropical Holiday
This is for Karen who “doesn't want to taste the alcohol,” you know the one 😉 It's super simple to make and actually quite tasty. One part Malibu® Original, one part cranberry juice (you already have it for the margarita recipe), and one part pineapple juice. Add ice cubes to a chilled glass. Add Malibu, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. Gently pour grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with cherries and orange spiral or pineapple.
There ya have it, friends, four holiday drinks that you can make with five spirits!
