We spent our honeymoon in Antigua and had the best time. On our flight home, we tried a similar drink to thi coconut rum punch recipe s and it reminded me of the beach and sun! My little mixologist husband (although he doesn't have a mustache and has never worn suspenders with a bow tie so I am not sure if he qualifies as a true mixologist) decided to make this at home for me because I loved it so much. If you are ready for the beach in a glass you have got to try John's Coconut Rum Punch! Scroll down for all the info!
Coconut Rum Punch Recipe
Making the drink is really simple. First, pour in 1.5 oz of coconut rum. We like Blue Chair Bay, Kenny Chesney's coconut rum, but our liquor store was out of stock so good ‘ol Malibu does the trick! That's one and a half of the small side of the jigger.
Next you add 4 oz of pulp free orange juice. That's two of the big side of the jigger.
Then you add 1 oz of Cran-Apple juice. That's 1 of the small side of the jigger.
Finally, you give it a good stir and add ice!
