It's that time of year friends, weddings are happening and so are wedding showers. My sister, Meredith, is getting married in October and she has entrusted me with matron of honor duties! Needless to say, I've been on Pinterest looking up all things bridal shower for ideas. I wanted to share some simple and easy bridal shower ideas with you, featuring the Chinet® Cut Crystal® collection!
One of my personal favorite entertaining tricks is the Chinet Cut Crystal collection because it has a fully coordinated line of plates, cups, cutlery, and wine glasses with a really elegant swirl pattern. I LOVE decorating and cooking for entertaining, but I hate the clean up after so I love that I can just toss it when the party is over! I use the Chinet® Cut Crystal® cutlery because it comes in a “host-ready” container perfect for easy serving and storage after the party. Check it out on MyChinet.com!
One of the most popular trends in showers and events these days are beautiful balloon features. I was a bit apprehensive about this trend because I thought it was going to be very labor intensive. To my pleasant surprise it wasn't that hard! I purchased an inexpensive kit online and it made the process simple and easy. I had a little help but the entire process from blowing up the balloons with a pump to it being done was less than 30 minutes. I just added some fresh eucalyptus to tie the feature in with the rest of the decor.
Another really cute trend is a monogrammed metal sign. I think it adds a personalized touch to the decor and you can gift it to the bride after the shower!
I keep food simple at showers, most of the time they are in the afternoon and people aren't expecting a lot. Different color cupcakes displayed can add layers to the decor without adding a lot of labor! It just so happens that my Chinet® Cut Crystal® dessert plate fits perfectly into my cake stand and makes cleanup really easy.
Whether you are serving wine, punch, or tea. I love coordinating the drink color with the rest of the decor.
So there y'all have it, from decor to food to easy clean-up I think we have just about gone through the A-Z of throwing a bridal shower! What do you think, friends? What are your favorite entertaining and wedding shower tips and trends? I would love to hear them in the comments. For more ideas and inspiration, visit MyChinet.com #MyChinetParty
