Well friends, it's my first Friday Favorites post of 2019! Mine and John ‘s anniversary is the first part of January so I pretty much check out for vacation right after the first of the year! I love starting my year with relaxation because I come back ready to be productive! We have several big projects ahead in 2019, the first is the launch of the Moderately High Maintenance Youtube Channel on February 1st. Make sure you subscribe, it's a new type of content and will have a lot of recipes, travel, and behind the scenes that are exclusive to our youtube channel! Without further delay here are a few of my favorites in the form of something you'll want, something you need, something to wear, and something to eat!
1. Something You'll Want
I took this bag on my recent trip to Dominica. I love the color and how it is monogrammed, but I also love how functional it is. It has a water bottle holder inside and it also has a zipper that will expand the bag to make it bigger. Not only was this red bag was perfect as my personal item on the plane, but also as my beach bag when I arrived.
2. Something You Need
A winter skincare routine is a must! I have spoken about it many times before, but I love the Derma E line, specifically the hydrating line in the winter months. My nightly bath routine includes the Purifying Charcoal mask and then I follow up with the hydrating night cream and hydrating eye cream. In the morning I love the Derma E hydrating day cream.
3. Something to Wear
I love these because the colors make these earrings very versatile. They are also very lightweight for the size!
Here are a few of my other favorite statement earrings.
4. Something to Eat
I know there is a huge debate about whether or not chili should have beans, in my world there are NO BEANS in chili. Whichever camp you are in, you should definitely try my No Bean Chili Recipe. It's perfect for these cold winter days!
