Life is so hectic so I rely on my Instant Pot several nights a week to get dinner on the table. Chicken recipes and beef recipes are good but can get so old so fast. Cue my Instant Pot Honey Balsamic Paleo Pork Chops. They add intrigue to our routine while still being ready in under 30 minutes. My Honey Balsamic Pork Chops are made with five ingredients that most people already have in their pantry. First, slice your sweet onion and preheat your Instant Pot using the sauté function.
Now add about 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and your sliced onion.
Stir around for about 1 minute. Next, add four pork chops in an even layer so that you can sear each side for about one minute.
Next, season with1/2tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Now add: 2 TB minced garlic, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, and 1/2 cup of local honey.
Put the lid on your Instant Pot, make sure the nozzle is turned to seal and set it to pressure cook for 15 minutes.
After your Instant Pot alerts you that it is finished, quick release the pressure. Serve this Instant Pot Honey Balsamic Paleo Pork Chops with your favorite paleo friendly sides and enjoy the fact that dinner was on the table in under 30 minutes!
