As I am approaching my 30th week of pregnancy it is hard to believe that means that I am 75% finished! It definitely hasn't been a walk in the park, but there have been some very sweet moments and memories that I will always cherish. While I have tried to take a minimalist approach to clothing and other products, there are a few pregnancy essentials that have definitely made my life easier.
I am so excited to share the pregnancy essentials I swear by, scroll down to see them all and shop your favorites!
A family member sent these to me when I first found out I was pregnant and they are a lifesaver in those early days of pregnancy where everything makes you feel queasy. I don't know how these Preggie Pop Drops work, but they were one of the only things that helped calm my stomach.
Just trust me on this one, you may still fit into your regular panties but you don't want to stretch them out and these are going to be more comfortable. I ordered these early in my first trimester and they still fit and are super comfy well into my third trimester.
There are some outfits that just need a thong. These are a little pricey but they are the only ones I found that stay up on the bump without being too tight on the bump. I bought two pairs and that has been enough for those days where the attire calls for them.
From nausea to round ligament pain, these Pregnancy Bath flakes sprinkled into a warm bath have been so helpful! I also love that they are from a Women-Owned business. I am on my 12th bag of these already, that's how much I love them.
I had no idea that in my first trimester I would go up two full cup sizes in my bras, talk about a shocker! A Mom of three and former labor and delivery nurse recommended these to me and I have been wearing them ever since. They come in a variety of colors, are super comfortable, and come in a two-pack for $18.
I started using Bio-Oil in my second trimester to help with my bump itching. Apparently, the bump itches because the skin is growing and stretching, Bio-Oil fixes the itch as well as prevents stretch marks. I keep a bottle by the bed and put it on first thing in the morning and last thing before bed.
I love these because they have great belly support but are still really comfortable. I can wear these to walk or with a nicer top and they still look great! Order your normal non-maternity size.
