John is an absolute pancake fanatic. I personally am not a big fan, but I make them for John because he loves them so much. I enjoy making them because it shows him that I care. These dulce de leche mini pancake stacks are the perfect after breakfast treat. Who made the rule that dessert is only for dinner?
These dulce de leche mini pancake stacks are easy to make and can be on your table within fifteen minutes. I absolutely love to use my electric skillet to make pancakes because it is easy to control the temperature and it is a large flat surface. The perfect pancake temperature is 300 degrees.
Mix all of your ingredients in your mixer or by hand.
Make silver dollar sized dollops of pancakes on the skillet.
They are ready to flip when they have bubbles in the middle.
After the pancakes are the perfect golden brown, pull them off of the skillet, make your stacks, and drizzle with La Lechera Dulce de Leche.
